FIR lodged in the incident of female infant flushed in Hazaribagh’s Sadar hospital’s toilet
Hazaribagh, Jharkhand
An FIR has been lodged in the recent case of infanticide in Hazaribagh's Sadar hospital. The female infant was flushed in the toilet of the hospital. The infant was declared death after the rescue. An internal enquiry has been set up to find whether the infant took birth at the hospital or, was brought from outside. Leading news paper Sanmarg, Ranchi has covered the incident extensively. PaaLoNaa founder Mrs. Monika Gunjan Arya who has been working on this issue for the past few years said that strict sections of the IPC should be applied to this case.
