Mrs. Monika Gunjan Arya (Founder, PaaLoNaa) spoke about different aspects of Infanticide and Abandonment-Exposure of Infants, Scenerio in Jharkhand and Role of Police. Mr. Projesh Das was present along with numerous Inspectors and Sub-Inspectors.
