Following the directions of National Women Commission, New Delhi, 03 days (22-24 October) capacity building program was organised for women police officers of Jharkhand at Investigators Training School, Hotwar Ranchi, Monika Gunjan Arya, Founder of PaaLoNaa addressed the Trainees on Crime Scene Investigation related with the crime of Infanticide and Abandonment of Infants on the first day of Training..
