Mr. Saryu Rai is the minister of Parliamentary Affairs and Food and Supply Department in the state of Jharkhand. He attended an Art & Photo exhibition organised under the PaaLoNaa drive on 9th December, 2016. He was the chief guest of opening ceremony.
