Mr. Arjun Munda is the Ex-Chief Minister of Jharkhand from 18th March, 2003 to 2nd March, 2005. He attended an Art & Photo exhibition organised under the PaaLoNaa drive on 10th-11th December, 2016. He was the chief guest of the closing ceremony.
