But even if the mother conceives do not abandon the infant unless it nearly impossible for you to raise the child. Abandonment should the last option on the cards. Even if one has to disown, surrendering your infant is preferable. Surrendering your infant to the concerned legal authorities is better than abandonment because abandonment is a crime.
Society needs to realize that it is a basic human trait to protect and nurture an infant.

Younger generation should be well education about safe sex practices by their parents, elders of the society, school, etc. They should be made aware about the consequences if safe sex is not practiced. Once the society is awakened this crime shall itself perish soon enough.
Medical practitioners are generally aware about the pregnancy of a woman. A proper care and counselling during this period by them can help reduce the chance of abandonment and infanticide. A proper funding is always necessary for a drive to succeed.
As under corporate conscience they need to realize that a well-directed movement also requires funding to survive. A proper funding for infanticide based research is necessary as because no authentic research or study has ever been undertaken. So we appeal to the corporate to help fund our drive for the betterment of the society.
A stringent law with penal punishment is necessary.
We appeal to Central as well as State government to consider and address the issue as soon as possible. It is not only the responsibility of the government to frame a stringent law with penal punishment but of the entire legislature to give it a moment of thought. The government should also ensure the proper coordination between the legislature, the judiciary and the bureaucracy to work hand in hand for the dispensation of such cases.
