In January 2015, Mrs. Monika Gunjan Arya says that a newborn lying in a litter was reported near Ranchi railway station, which the dogs were scratching. On hearing this, she was shaken to the inside. She reached there immediately but could not save that newborn. Following this she started a Facebook page with the name PaaLoNaa to make people aware.
